Smooth-jet nozzles / full jet nozzles
Smooth-jet nozzles, also called full jet nozzles, are especially well-suited for applications which require bundled jet power. Full jet nozzles can reach up to 4500 bar pressure. Thus, even the hardest materials can be precisely removed, pierced, broken, or cut.
Flat spray nozzles
Flat spray nozzles, also called flat-jet nozzles, are used for all cleaning processes, among others in the steel industry, the paper industry or in surface technology. Flat spray nozzles create a strong and uniform water jet, and they are resistant to pressure fluctuations.
Full cone nozzles
Full cone nozzles produce different full cone spraying patterns using swirl inserts. Thus, liquids are distributed as a uniform circular area on the surface. Full cone nozzles are particularly well-suited for large-scale spraying of surfaces.
Hollow conespray nozzle
Hollow conespray nozzles from Düsenfabrik atomize liquids under pressure into tiny drops with a big specific surface. Cones of scatterings between 15° and 120° are possible.
Mist nozzles
Mist nozzles (also called atomizer nozzles or spray nozzles) atomize liquids under pressure into tiny drops with a large specific surface. The liquid is supplied to the nozzle under pressure and enters the swirl chamber through tangential slits. Here, the pressure energy is converted into rotation energy or motion energy. Around an air core a liquid film forms which leaves through the orifice insert as a hollow cone jet. After overcoming the surface tension, it disintegrates into many tiny droplets.
Burner nozzles
Burner nozzles are used to completely atomize the oil that is pressurized by the oil pump. Burner nozzles contain a fine filter through which the oil reaches the front chamber. A swirl insert with diagonal slits channels the water against the wall of the swirl chamber, where it atomizes and then exits the nozzle bore with a rotating movement.
Two-substance nozzles
Two-substance nozzles use a second medium for atomization such as, for example, compressed air, gas or steam, as energy suppliers. These media reach extremely high speed at relatively low pressure differences. At two-substance nozzles the liquid is split into fine drops through the flow velocity of the second medium. Thus, the liquid that should be atomized only needs a low flow velocity. Even with highly viscous liquids or suspensions a very fine atomization is achieved.
